Cybersecurity for critical infrastructure is increasing in importance with the growing number of threats by America’s enemies today.

“Our enemies are…seeking the ability to sabotage our power grid, our financial institutions, and our air traffic control systems,” warned the President in his State of the Union address. He acknowledged the need for strong privacy and civil liberties protections while strengthening the security of our critical infrastructure–a precarious balance. Official Government documents call for an updated and overarching national framework that reflects the increasing role of cybersecurity in securing physical assets.
